This notice explains how SV Wellness Group SDN BHD (“we,” “us,” “our”) — the operating entity behind The Reserve Kuala Lumpur — collects, uses, and protects personal information you provide through this website.
Who we are
SV Wellness Group SDN BHD is a company registered in Malaysia. We operate The Reserve Kuala Lumpur, a luxury spa and wellness practice located at Level 2 Lot 1, TSLAW Tower, No. 39, Jalan Kemuning, Imbi, 55100 Kuala Lumpur.

What we collect
Through the contact form. When you send us a note through this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if you choose to share it), and the contents of your message.
Through analytics. We collect anonymised behavioural data via Google Analytics — including pages visited, time on site, approximate location (city-level), device type, and IP address. This is active by default. You may opt out at any time through the cookie notice, and we will honour that choice on your device. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
Nothing else. No account creation, no payments processed online, no behavioural profiles built or sold.
Why we collect it
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry or reservation request. Analytics data is used to understand how the site is used, to improve it over time, and to measure the performance of our advertising — including which campaigns lead to reservation enquiries. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not build profiles about you for sale or exchange.
Who we share it with
Formspree — Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a US-based form-handling service, which forwards your message to our team.
Google — Analytics data is processed by Google through Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads conversion measurement.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are retained for as long as relevant to your inquiry, and deleted within 12 months unless a longer retention is required to fulfil a booking or by law.
Analytics data is retained per our analytics provider’s defaults (typically 14 months for Google Analytics 4).
Your cookie preference is stored on your own device until you clear your browser’s storage.
Your rights under the PDPA
Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate data
- Withdraw your consent at any time, including for cookies
- Request deletion of data we hold about you, subject to any legal obligation to retain it
- Limit how we process your data
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Commissioner of Malaysia
